Health Care- Health care is available for you and your family through Blue Cross/Blue Shield which has an extensive network of doctors and hospitals throughout the United States.  All medical and prescription drug expenses are covered at 100% after meeting the deductible. 

Health Savings Account- You can save pre-tax dollars in a Health Savings Account to pay for your deductible and other qualified expenses.

Dental- Dental is provided through Met Life and includes 100% paid preventative care every six months, 80% for fillings and 50% for crowns.  Coverage includes orthodontia and pays up to $2,000.00 per year for all covered services.

Vision Plan- Provided through Superior Vision and includes eye exams, glasses, contacts, after your co-pay, and a discount on laser vision correction. 

401(k)- PIKA has an excellent 401(k) Plan with 50% match of up to 6% of your deferred compensation.  All team members are eligible to participate, regardless of whether you are full-time or temporary.

Life/AD&D- You will receive, at no cost to you, $100,000 in life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, which can be converted to an individual policy if you leave the company. 

Voluntary Term Life- You have the option of buying Voluntary Term Life Insurance of up to five times your annual salary, plus insurance for your spouse and your children.

Employee Assistance Program- Help for everyday challenges of life that may affect your health, family life and desire to excel at work.  Examples are financial issues, child & elder care assistance, relationship/marriage problems, family issues, life changes, stress/emotional issues, and alcohol & drug dependency. 

Travel Assistance- Available for travel 100 miles from home for business or pleasure and includes, for example, medical referrals and appointments, emergency evacuation, critical care monitoring, medically supervised repatriation, translation services, legal referrals, and emergency cash/bail assistance.

Paid Time Off- 13 days per year and 18 days per year after five years.
