ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST
This job is located in our corporate office in Stafford, TX with some travel.
Supervise/Assist environmental remediation projects including management of all field activities, personnel,
subcontractors and vendors. Supervise/assist in preparation of profiles for hazardous, radiological and mixed waste
disposal. Preparation of work plans (sampling and analysis plan, quality assurance project plan,
and health and safety plan) and completion reports for environmental, radiological and MEC remediation projects.
Assist in proposal preparation and client presentations.
Skills
Working knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA and TSCA regulations along with other federal and state regulations for environmental remediation, transportation and disposal is a must.
Experience and knowledge in Health Physics/Radiological projects is a plus. Experience with regulatory interface/negotiations is a plus. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Proficient in using computer software including database management programs and word processing
Experience
Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience managing environmental remediation projects. Knowledge and experience in soil and groundwater sampling and remediation technologies highly desirable.
Education
BS or MS in Environmental Sciences/Engineering

CAD TECHNICIAN--Vancouver, WA
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Survey CAD Technician who is eager to apply CAD and GIS skills and advanced production
techniques in a high-energy environment. This position is located at our Camp Bonneville job site in Vancouver, WA. Work would involve
developing and updating GIS and CAD maps for various projects, Development of GIS maps will involve coordinate conversions, digitizing aerial
photos, database management, conversion from CAD to GIS, etc. Development of CAD maps will involve working on sample maps, contours,
cross sections, etc. Work would involve downloading and obtaining data from various sources to develop maps. Work will also involve
creating maps from raw GPS data. Travel and field work would be involved in some cases.
Skills/Experience
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with ESRI software (ArcView 9), AutoCAD 2000 (or higher), and excellent communication & graphic skills.
Knowledge of working with Trimble GPS Instruments, using Microstation and Trimble Office Geomatics is a plus.
Education
Associates Degree or higher in GIS, computer science, geography, or related field. Engineering/ Science degree a plus.
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
For our Stafford office, we
are looking for a senior level Professional
Engineer to provide technical support and lead a
wide variety of engineering, decontamination/
demolition and environmental remediation
projects and also be involved in business
development activities, proposal writing and
generating technical documents. Provide
management oversight for all phases of
environmental remediation projects with primary
focus on environmental, UXO/MEC, and low-level
radiological waste remediation, including
coordinating workers, material and equipment,
ensuring that specifications are being followed,
and work is proceeding on schedule and within
budget. Oversee performance of all trade
contractors and review architectural and
engineering drawings to make sure that all
specifications and regulations are being
followed. Also responsible for proper
administration of construction contracts and for
obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
Skills: Excellent technical
writing, communications, business development,
client interaction and organizational skills
required, as well as proficiency with MS
applications required. Highly motivated,
customer focused and work in a team environment. Ability to
manage heavy workload. Experience: 5+
years of relevant experience required, 2 of
which need to be related to engineering,
construction, demolition and/or environmental
remediation. Experience in Federal projects a
must. Good leadership and business development
experience. Knowledge of Federal and State
Regulations required. Experience with hazardous
waste, site auditing/investigations and site
remediation would be beneficial. Education:
BS Engineering. Registered PE is a must (Texas
PE a plus).
